General Terms and Conditions

All Orders from the Printed Promotional Pens website will be subject to approval.

Printed Promotional Pens reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if Trading Terms are not complied with or for any other reason.

Product availability can be confirmed after an order is placed. All product images, specifications and prices were correct at the time of posting. Printed Promotional Pens is not responsible for errors or omissions, and reserves the right to make changes at any time, and without notice.


2% above or below quantities ordered is acceptable as full shipment.

Cancellation of Order

Cancellation fees may apply. They can vary from order to order depending on the status of the job, but typically costs involved are artwork fees, set-up costs, restocking fee or full payment of job, if items have already been printed. You will not be responsible for cancellation fees if we do not have the item in stock.

Claims or Returns

In the unlikely event of a claim, only written claims will be accepted and must be made within seven days of receiving goods. Claims or returns will only be accepted where there is a fault in the product supplied, or an error in the printing. Only the faulty goods must be returned for inspection, before a refund or replacement of stock will be issued.


Delivery of your order to metropolitan Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide is included. If the location provided by you in the shipping address is outside the designated areas provided to us by our freight company, you will be charged freight, at cost. 


Artwork must be supplied in an acceptable format. Simple text is acceptable in any format but if a logo is provided, it must be in the format requested on the order confirmation email. If extensive artwork re-draws are required, an artwork fee maybe necessary.
